For our trip to Chengdu - Zhangjiajie - Chongqing we reached out again to our trusted travel advisor Wonder at China Duscivery. Everything from planning to arriving in Chengdu was perfect. Then my friend due to even flooring in front of a shopping mall was falling down and injured her knee. Our local guide organised a doctor consultation with an English speaking doctor. He accompanied us to see the doctor and brought us safely back to the hotel. My friends knee was badly injured. More doctor appointments followed. Due to the doctor appoinments my friend missed the visit at the Panda base. We also had to cancel the trip to Zhangjiajie the evening before we would have left Chengdu. Wonder helped us to re-arrange our trip and managed to get an unecpected high refund for the short term cancellation. Our local tour guide even voluntered to bring my friend in the wheelchair to the Panda Base. With the help of Wonder and the fact my friend could walk on crutches we could continue our trip. My friend and I have been very very amazed with the help we got from China Discovery. This was my third trip organised by them and every trip was a wonderful experience. If you ever plan to visit China trust China Discovery, they will take good care of you and are only a short chat away if you need help. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING.
