You can spend 1 day, 1.5 days, 2 days, 3 days or more days in Chengdu according to your interest. Generally speaking, you need a half day for panda visit and another half day for city sightseeing. After panda tour, you can have a day trip to nearby Leshan Giant Buddha, Qingcheng Mountain, or Mount Emei to explore more of the area.
