We have returned from our holiday, and I can report that we had an amazing time. Here are our thoughts:

1. You and Vivien have been incredible from the start, very patient, quick to reply to all our questions and very good at accommodating us. The tour itself was very well organised.

2. The driver Wang 师傅was very patient and helpful with the luggage, and he was a very calm and competent driver throughout. Mary was excellent as a tour guide, very knowledgeable about Inner Mongolia, very passionate and very helpful. She was absolutely spot on with all her recommendations. Hotels were well-chosen, in convenient locations. Highlights for us include: the bonfire party on our first night on the grasslands, the spectacular show at Huanghuagou, and camel riding and sand sliding. We’re very pleased with this tour as a whole; we feel we’ve been able to visit places and take part in activities that we would not have been able to experience on our own.

3. I would like to recommend your company, Absolutely. We are also considering taking part in more tours with you in the future.

Back in Sydney at last!

The tour ran very smoothly and provided some special insights into the history, life and scenery of Inner Mongolia. We were met at the Hohhot Railway Station on time; the itinerary was full but manageable and unfolded as promised; the hotels were clean and comfortable; and our guide (Cherry) and driver were fun company and made us very welcome, despite the obvious language barrier. The only minor hiccup was that our tour started on a Monday and was meant to take in the Inner Mongolian Museum that first day, but museums in China are generally closed on a Monday. However, we were able to rearrange the last full day of the tour to fit in the Museum, which is well worth visiting.

I am happy to recommend your service to others.

Hey wonder, sorry for the late reply but the trip was awesome for us! I think we both had a good time. The only thing I wish that maybe was different was the grasslands, we thought we’d see more sparse land rather than an organized villa kind of thing. Otherwise the rest of the trip was great, our driver was awesome and timely and Herry was also super sweet and got everything organized perfectly for us! We really got to know him. Thanks!

Well, my time here has come to an end and I have had "THE" most amazing trip; and seen so many wonderful things in China that I would never have been able to do without your help. The itinerary that you put together for me was perfect and fantastic. Thank you so so much. Every hotel was delightfully comfortable and just right after each full and busy day. The breakfasts were delicious and catered for many different tastes.

The guides and drivers were all increadible. So obliging and flexable....willing and able to meet our every need, politely, patiently and professionally.

I finished the feedback form in Hohhot and gave it to Mary.

I liked the tour, especially the grassland experience although it was very crowded. Mary’s English is very good, she is a good guide and always did her best to make the tour a success and to work around the crowds. She was also very flexible and made good suggestions regarding the itinerary. I can recommend her highly. The food was always good and the hotels were nice. Driver and car were ok. The driver obviously had a cold and a cough but did not always wear a mask. That made me worried a little bit.

Thank you for your work in planning the trip. I plan to travel some more in September and I’m thinking about either taking the cruise or hiking in Huangshan mountains. I will come back to you!

Dear Jack,

We had a very good trip in Hohhot and Grassland. Today we are returning to Shanghai. I sent a text to Kathy yesterday about our arrival in Shanghai but did not get the reply from her, as yet.

Just to let you know that we did not go to visit the Genghis Khan tomb because it was raining very hard, I had altitude sickness and we did not want to go for six hour drive. Therefore we returned to Hohhot from Whispering Sands.
