I apologized for the delay in providing my feedback. Here are my comments:

(1) Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your E-mail and patient enough to answer your questions?
I chose your company because of your travel consultant. She not only responded promptly but also provided valuable information and assistance. This was my first time planning to use a China-local tour service, as opposed to an outbound tour from my country, so I had many questions. Your travel consultant patiently addressed all of my inquiries, which gave me the confidence to proceed with the local tour service.

(2) How do you comment your tour arrangements?
Despite having limited time for our travels, we managed to make the most of our time and had a fantastic trip with my friends.

(3) Are you willing to recommend our service to your people who also have an interest to visit China?
Certainly, I am more than willing to recommend your service, and in fact, I have already done so by referring a friend to your company.

(4) Your general opinion on us?
I would like to convey my appreciation to your travel consultant, guide, and driver, all of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism. As it was our first time using a local tour service in China, my friends and I had some initial concerns about navigating the country on our own, given our limited knowledge of the Chinese language and potential unforeseen issues before meeting the guide.

(5) If you come to China again, would you like to use our service again?
If I decide to visit China again, your company will be my first choice. However, I would need to take into account both the cost and the specific program offered. This is precisely why I recommend that you consider implementing a retention program. Sincerely Yours,
