In response to your questions:

1. Is your travel consultant of our company fast enough to answer your E-mail and patient enough to answer your questions?

I found Wonder Wang and previously Ian Wei to be very professional and quick with their responses to my requests. I would often text a question or request in the morning and have a response in the afternoon. On tour I occasionally requested contact from guides and Wonder would organize this immediately.

2. How’s the service of the tour guides/drivers during your whole tour?

I found most of our guides very helpful and enjoyed their support, advice and company. Similarly the drivers were skilled and helped make our days go smoothly. I particularly found Wendy in Zhangjiajie, Jean in Mt Huangshan and Tony in Wuzhen to be particularly good.

3. Would you like to recommend our company?

I found your company to be very good.  Out trip was a complex one. The planning and execution required considerable skill and expertise so that the trip was able to be made without problems or exhaustion. The balance was right and the trip went seemlessly.

I would be more than happy to talk to up to 10 prospective customers to support your company.
