Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport Location & Transfer

Qingdao Jiaodong International Airport is located in Qiandiankou Village, Jiaodong Street, Jiaozhou City, Qingdao City, Shandong Province (中国山东省青岛市胶州市胶东街道前店口村). At the airport, you can easily catch a high speed train, metro, airport express (shuttle bus).

• To Qingdao downtown (May Fourth Square): 60 km, about 1.5 hours by car;
• To Laoshan Mountain: 70 km, about 1.5 hours by car;
• To Qingdao Beer Museum: 55 km, about 1 hour by car.

By Train: Qingdao Airport Railway Station to operate D-series high speed trains travelling between Jinan, Zibo, Weifang, etc. Besides, there are daily high speed trains running between Qingdao Airport and Qingdao Railway Station / Qinghai North Railway Station / Qingdao West Railway Station. Qingdao Railway Station is quite close to the city center and you can easily transfer to your hotels downtown or attractions.

By Metro: Metro is also available in Qingdao Jiaodong Airport, and metro Line 8 connects the airport with Qingdao downtown.

By Shuttle BusThere are 8 airport shuttle bus lines. Among them, Line 1 to Fuxin Hotel (府新大厦), Line 2 to Qingdao Railway Station (青岛站), and Line 3 to Lijing Hotel (丽晶大酒店) will take you to Qingdao downtown where many attractions such as May Fourth Square and Zhanqiao Pier locate. Usually, bus Line 1 is the most frequent one and it runs until the last flight arrives. Bus Line 2 runs from 9:00 to 22:30 and Bus Line runs 3 times a day. But the specific schedule shall be subject to the timetable shown at the airport.
