There is a terminal named Fuyong Ferry Terminal in the southwest of the Shenzhen airport. It is about 8 km from the two terminals of the airport. You could easily take the ferry from this terminal to Macau (The schedules of ferry from this terminal have been told as above). There are free shuttle bus between the airport and the terminal. The departure time of the free shuttle bus is from 07:40 to 17:50 (07:40, 07:55, 08:20, 08:25, 10:15, 10:20, 10:50, 11:15, 11:20, 13:15, 13:20, 14:15, 14:20, 14:50, 15:50, 16:20, 16:50, 17:20, 17:50). The pick-up locations of the shuttle bus are No.3 door of the first floor of the Terminal A and the No.6 door of the first floor of the Terminal B.
Furthermore, as there are not so many ferries from Fuyong terminal, you could choose to take ferry from Shekou Ferry Terminal. You could firstly take metro line 11 (Airport Station - Houhai Station) in the Shenzhen airport and then metro line 2 (Houhai Station - Shekou Port Station). After getting off, you could walk for about 500 m to Shekou Ferry Terminal.
Otherwise, you could also choose to take a helicopter from Shenzhen airport to Macau, with about ¥ 5450 for a single way ticket. This one seems not wise. You can also take coach from Shenzhen Airport Coach Station to Macau.
