There are four panda bases in Sichuan, including Chengdu Panda Base, Dujiangyan Panda Base, Bifengxia Panda Base and Wolong Panda Reserve. Except for Chengdu Panda Base, the other three bases all offers panda holding and panda volunteer programs, which give the tourists an opportunity to contact the pandas closely.
