The High Speed Trains make a 4 min’ stop at Hohhot Railway Station (呼和浩特站) first and then travel to the last station of the journey - Hohhot East Railway Station (呼和浩特东站). Ordos Railway Station

Location: Binhedong Road, Yijinhuoluo, Ordos, Inner Mongolia (内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市伊金霍洛旗滨河东路附近 – 鄂尔多斯站)

Ordos Railway Station is located in the new downtown area – Kangbashi Distinct. It is the nearest railway station to the Ordos Ejin Horo Internatinal Airport (鄂尔多斯伊金霍洛国际机场). From there by taking taxi, you can get to the airport within 20 minutes, while more than 1 hour is needed from other railway stations like Dongsheng East Railway Station (东胜东站). Airport Shuttle Bus Line 3 has already covered Ordos Railway Station, but it takes about 1.5 hours to get to the airport. Aside from the airport, you can get to the Mausoleum of Genghis Khan within 30 min’ driving, which is about 25km (15.5miles) far from Ordos Railway Station.

Hohhot Railway Station

Location: No. 41, Chezhandong Road, Xincheng District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia (内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市新城区车站东街41号 – 呼和浩特站)

Hohhot Railway Station is also known as the Hohhot West Railway Station by the locals. It is the closest railway station to the city attractions like Dazhao Temple, Five-Pagoda Temple, Zhaojun Tomb, etc. than any other railway stations of Hohhot. Public bus lines, Airport Shuttle Buses and taxi are the available transportation means of there. Metro line connects Hohhot Railway Station and other places of downtown area is planned to be available in 2020.

Hohhot East Railway Station

Location: Nandian Village, Wantong Road, Ruyi Development Zone, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia (内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市如意开发区万通路南店村 – 呼和浩特东站)

Hohhot East Railway Station is located in the east part of downtown area. Compared with Hohhot Railway Station, Hohhot East Railway Station lies closer to Inner Mongolia Museum and Hohhot Baita International Airport (呼和浩特白塔国际机场). Airport Shuttle Bus, Public Bus Lines (no.19/no.83), taxi have already covered there, while metro is planned to be available in 2020.
