Chengdu Chongqing High Speed Train News: New Fuxing Trains have been firstly introduced on Chengdu-Chongqing High Speed Railway from today. With a flying speed of 350 km/h, it takes just 1 hour to get from Chengdu to Chongqing, around 1 hour shorter than before. Besides, travels can also enjoy special mute carriages, more beautiful look, more spacious seats, more comfortable environment on board. Though known as a mountain city that seems hard to build rails, Chongqing is a vital communication hub of southwest China. Chongqing Chengdu High Speed Train Route

Chongqing North Railway Station

Location: No.51, Kunlun Road, Yubei District, Chongqing (重庆市渝北区昆仑大道51号-重庆北站)

Due to its complex arrangement of North Square and South Square, Chongqing North Railway Station is almost consisted of two train stations. The South part of it is available for the normal trains (K, T, Z trains), while High Speed Trains (G & D trains) can only be found at the North part. Chongqing Shapingba Railway Station

Location: No.200, Beizhandong Road, Shapingba District, Chongqing (重庆市沙坪坝区北站东路200号-重庆沙坪坝火车站)

Chengdu Railway Station

Location: No.1 Zhandong Road, Jinniu District, Northern Chengdu (成都市金牛区站东路1号-成都站)

Do not be confused by Chengdu Railway Station and “Huochebeizhan”, they are the same train station. For the locals, they prefer to describe Chengdu Railway Station as “Huochebeizhan”.
