Hong Kong MTR Tung Chung Line (东涌线) and Airport Express (机场快线) can take you to Kowloon Station, and West Rail Line (西铁线) will transfer you to Austin Station.

Thanks for the question again! At present, only business class carriages are separated from other kinds of carriages as those business ones are usually situated at the both ends of the train. Other carriages cannot be separated, because that may bring some troubles for security patrolling and ticket checking during the train journey.

Thanks for your question! Whether there are business seats, it depends on the specific type of the high-speed train and the running routes. Different types of high speed trains and trains on different routes may equip with different seats. Currently all the direct train between HK and Xiamen have no business class seats. If you want to take business class seats, you can travel to Shenzhen first and then transfer to Xiamen.
