Sorry I have been meaning to email you with how happy we were with our China Discovery service and tour but we have been very busy in Beijing.

We so appreciated your timeliness and flexibility in helping us to put together our itinerary for Chengdu. We also really appreciated the service we received from Ellen. Her knowledge and professionalism was great! We appreciated her suggestions on additional activities and recommendations for places to eat.

Just one mention of concern - The hotel was ok. The breakfast was good but the room had an odor to it and even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room and floor, people were clearly smoking. One gentleman was smoking by the elevator and left ashes on the window sill and a cigarette butt in the ashtray by the elevator. We know that was out of your control but felt like the room attendants should have taken care of the issue.

MUST TO VISITS are Panda Base and Jinli Street!

文君WenJun Hotel is very good. Its meals are delicous with good variety. Service is attentive with personal touch.

Tour guide speaks clear and fluent English, able to explain very well.

Driver's attitude is good and friendly, with steady driving, up to expectation.

Your service is very good and standard already.

Thanks for the trip. The car is very big and comfortable. And I saw many panda too.

Even thou can't see keeper feed panda, but can see them cleaning and see panda eat carrot very near.
