One of my clients Vasant was ready to book a tour including Kashgar, meantime, he was worrying about the situation there. I contacted my old client Henk who did three trips with me and had been to Silk Road tour including Kashgar and would like to help. They contacted directly and told him what they really experienced there, a beautiful, friendly and safe city. 2. The transfers and pickups—from Beijing to Hangzhou and then to Shanghai—were seamless. The tour guides provided clear instructions throughout the journey, and we encountered no issues.

1. YES, Leo always response promptly and answered my questions as clearly and accurately as possible.
2. Tour Guides and drivers were all professionals. Ensure our safety, prompt, timely and on schedule. Foods and hotel arrangements were excellent! Appreciate they let us know ahead if there is a change in schedule due to weather or time.
3. Based on the interaction with China Discovery (prompt response, clear arrangement, pricing and cancellation policy). I will use and recommend China Discovery again.
4. Suggestion: Inform us in advance if a particular event or attraction is out of season—for example, our visit to Meijiawu Tea Village. It seems the tea-picking season was in March or April, so there was no tea leaf picking during our visit. Had China Discovery let us know ahead of time, we would have adjusted our expectations and avoided disappointment. That said, we still enjoyed the beautiful scenery and overall experience.

Sorry for late reply.
We had a wonderful time in Chongging and Chengdu.The trip was very well organised and we were impressed. Both guides and drivers very professional and pleasant/friendly. The guides were very knowledgeable/patient, especially with 2 seniors aboard. We had nothing to worry about as we know we are in good hands. The weather was fantastic too.
Hotels location were perfect,very easily acessible to public transport/shopping areas.
Leo, thank you for the panda gifts,they are great for my little grand-daughter.
Once again, thank you for organizing this incredible trip which we thoroughly expierienced and enjoyed.
We are thinking of customizing another trip to China next April,once confirmed, I will engage your services again.

Dear Leo,
My wife and I are very grateful for your excellent trip organization. Everything went very well and smoothly. The guides were very professional and established an excellent rapport with us. I want to highlight the friendliness of the two young lady guides in Beijing and Chengdu. I also want to mention the good knowledge of the history of our guide in Xian and the professional and attentive attitude of the guide who accompanied us in Guilin, when my wife had an accident before boarding for Yangshuo. Fortunately, the accident had no consequences and she is fine.

Dear Leo,
Frank and I have arrived safely in our respective homes and it will take us some time to digest our 4-week trip “Kashgar to Beijing”.
But I wanted to quickly email you to thank you for organising this trip for us. The whole thing ran like clockwork, your logistics were spot-on with guides and drivers always available and on-time. Inevitably – with the knowledge of hindsight – we would make some changes: some days were a bit short on activities, some attractions somewhat underwhelming,...but these details are always part of travel and we write them down to experience.
I think we certainly picked the right time for our visit; except for the grand total of 2 hours, we had sensational weather. And we have been very fortunate with relatively small crowds of tourists – the only exception was at the Mogao Caves, where we spent 2 hours queuing in a chaotic crush.
Once again, Leo, we thank you for your efforts and producing a wonderful custom-tailored trip. I will have no hesitation in recommending your great services and feel free to use this email as a reference.
