Sights / activites were excellent.

Pullman Hotel in Zhangjiajie was good with excellent location and comfort.

Restaurants recommended by Vicky were good.

Command of English / knowledge of subjects / ability to explain / atitude / flexibility / local arrangements of tour guides were excellent.

Driver's attitude, safety and comfort of transportation were excellent.

I am very happy during this cruise trip. The service is excellent. The staff is smiling all the time and manger Stephen is very helpful. But I don't understand why the tips is different between the local customers and the foreign customers.
