• The Cruise was high premium cruise, very well maintained and clean.

• The location is easy to find.

• Communication onboard was clear.

• Food/Beverage is of high quality.

• Cinema room is very good.

• Excursions was good.

• Cost was a bit expensive compare to western cruises, however we would certainly do it again given due to the high quality products.

It was a great two days comprehensive tour of Putuoshan organised by you. The timing, transportation and meal breaks and selection of restaurants, hotels are great. You have been very helpful and with your good connections at Putuoshan, the trip was very enjoyable. Your good knowledge of the temples we visited was a great help. We have safely arrived Guangzhou in preparation for our homeward journey back to Australia. The Canadian pair have reached their destination of HK, they, seasoned traveller to China are like us are more than happy with your travel arrangement and the execution of the schedule, never once did we have minor hiccup in our whole journey. For this, I have to thank you specially for the most professional organisation.

The followings are my brief comment on:

Hotel, on the whole no complaint, clean comfortable, reasonably centrally located, the one in Xian is good, the one in Shanghai is too too small.

Meals were good and plentiful.

Guides were satisfactory and good, one in Xian and Zhangjiajie were excellent.

Transport driver and car, good, punctual and certainly no complaint.

General impression of the whole journey: well designed , seamlessly executed. My highest recommendation for your organisation, assured a returned engagement.

Hi Jack,

First of all, thank you so much for organising our China tour for us! It started a bit scarily with my emails being intercepted and nearly losing all my money to scammers but I'm so glad that I decided to continue on and go on the tour because it ended up being absolutely fantastic!

My friends and I had a fantastic time everywhere we visited. The guides that you organised were excellent. They were polite, understanding and spoke excellent english and all of them possessed an excellent knowledge of there local area.

Our guides were Eva in Beijing, Beryl in Xian, Ella in Guilin/Yung shao, and Laurie in Shanghai. They were all fantastic. Particularly Eva in Beijing. She was absolutely lovely and kind and very informative. We actually wanted to take her the rest of the way with us! But the other ladies were all great as well. All the ladies were very accommodating with our requests and would make last minute changes (with the offices assistance) to our schedule if we requested it (like at the great wall when we wanted to go up on the gondola and down via the tabogan).

The sites -

As for what we saw in the timeframe that we saw it, I don't think that we could have done much better! It was a whirlwind tour but your team managed to fit in all the highlights everywhere. I don't think that we really needed much longer anywhere but I wouldn't have minded another day in Xian to do the Mount Huashan Cliff plank walk. But I know it would have been too physical for the rest of my group.

I'd like to have seen that and Zhangjiajie (it would have been too much walking for my fellow travellers) and Harbin in the ice festival. But I'll have to come back to see them.

One addition that I think is worth while offering is the Tea Research Institute in Guilin. We added that in and it was very interesting. I had no idea about how the different types of tea are made.

Thanks again for you help putting this tour together for us and persevering through all the challenges and requests to change the schedule from me.

I will definitely recommend your company to others and, as a matter of fact, I have already! (To a workmate).

If I come back to China I will definitely use your tour company again.
