I am still in china at Guangzhou. The Tour is good and we got to see what we wanted. The Tour guide also very helpful and they explained everything to us especially Linda is top class.

The driver is good too, they don’t drive recklessly.

We had a great time in China thanks to your great planning and assigning us really wonderful guides and drivers. Amy and driver (Lijiang) and Wanda (Guangzhou) and Driver Ho (Shenzhen) were exceptionally good!

All went well, and as planned apart from the slight problem with the Grand Hyatt in Guangzhou, but they compensated us well with club room access!

All in all, one of the best trips we have ever taken in China!

Apologies for the late reply.

The trip was great and really well planned.

We did provide our evaluation to the 3 guides Linda, Walder and Anna though as they have given us the evaluation form to complete at the end of their service.

1. Big Thanks to April, our travel Consultant. Though we never met and communication is always through email, the speedy responsiveness to all queries is promptly replied to. April is very patient, confident and experience in handling our customize itinerary. Given this is our first trip to China and our first time engaging China Discovery, I am glad April is assigned as our travel Consultant.

2. Tour arrangement were very well-planned and organized. From Airport pickup, to drop off at the hotels, guided tour to the major attractions, the drivers are safe and skillful. Given the kind of road condition in Beijing and Xi'an, need great patient to endure the traffic conditions.

Tour guides are knowledgeable and experienced.

Beijing - Linda managed to bring us through the fast track when we visit the Tiananmen Square and she went extra miles in helping my boy retrieve his item left in the restaurant. She also helps to handle the incident where one of the selfie stick exceeded the limited length so have to deposit at the storage locker in the forbidden city. There are some changes on the sequence of the visit ie: we would like to have lunch before the rickshaw ride so Linda has to help reschedule the last-minute changes. Linda is quieter among the 3 guides. Would be better if she shares more historical details on the sites we visited. Unless we asked else the information won't be volunteered.

Xi'an - Walder is a chatter box. The information he loaded us can be overwhelming. Very knowledgeable in Terracotta Warrior and Horses history. He is also humorous and funny. The dishes he ordered for us during lunch is delicious.

Zhang Jia Jie - Anna is a good balance between Linda and Walder. Also very knowledgeable and able to follow our pace throughout the Wulingyuan and ZJJ tour. She brings us to the places where there is less crowd and her photography skills are commendable. She took most of our photos for us and is very skillful. A very patient guide and definitely our favorite guide for the tour. She even strikes good conversation with the teens.

3. Yes, definitely will recommend China Discovery to my friends.

4. Overall, my family had a really enjoyable time and no regrets in engaging with China Discovery. If we ever plan another trip to other China cities, will not hestiate to contact you.

Hi April,

Itinerary: It was generally well planned with no major hiccup. We are pleasantly surprised with the birthday cake and gifts while in Chengdu.

Logistical arrangement: We are mostly happy with the arrangement. The buses are also comfortable to travel in.

Areas of improvement: Contact of the guides could have been given to us in advanced which would have quelled majority of our concerns if any for the trip.

Tour Guides: All of the tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were very happy with them.
